By organizing them into groups, identifying their practical and strategic needs, and building raw confidence, we have successfully developed 260+ dedicated women entrepreneurs. We provide them with vital skill training, continuous strategic mentorship, and the precise financial backing needed to run successful non-traditional enterprises.
Group Meetings & Savings
Participation drives local economies. With 42+ active group meetings weekly operating across Bogura, our beneficiaries maintain an outstanding 99%+ attendance rate. Savings schemes are systematically maintained on a weekly basis, encouraging collective decision-making, mutual accountability, and fostering a deep sense of shared financial prosperity and social cohesion.
